The property is continuously monitored and is gated so only those staying (& agreeing to abide by the rules of safety etc… have access.) The beach access is impeccably kept and is seriously ZERO trouble. The venture out property itself is immaculately maintained and offers 2 pools (1 beachside and 1bayside), a playground complete with a basketball court which is covered by teenagers most every evening, tennis courts, shuffleboard lanes, mini putt putt, and other family games (such as cornhole) with all necessary items for playing provided at the guard stand. Most (if not all) unit rentals include use of a golf cart (some offer 2!) Golf carts are easily the primary source of transportation to all offered amenities and beach access, but traditional vehicles and bicycles are also used throughout the property. Each unit is different- different layouts, different furnishings, different bed/bath offerings. BUT IT IS NOT AT ALL what that description implies! This property has hundreds of homes which can be rented (most often by the week-especially during the busy summer months) for family vacations.
